About me

We use some 40 different poses (asanas) that is combined into therapeutic and traditional yoga in a normal tempered room.
Each Moksha class is cardiovascular and strengthens, softens and shapes the muscles. The heat you work up facilitates deep stretching and detoxifies the skin, the muscles and the blood.
