Grounded

In times of uncertainty it is more important than ever to keep in contact with the ground, with earth. With what grounds us down. Choosing activities, food, socializing, what we read and take in so that we can stay grounded. When we are upset and unfocused, we lose touch with what creates a real danger. What we can do and what we can't do about it.
In grounded situations, we are not as influential, but can choose to act instead of reacting. We get in touch with our consciousness and in it there are hopefully choices. In unconsciousness we are instead handed over to patterns.
