Monday blues

Niki vitDo you sometimes feel lonely, even if you are not?
Do you sometimes feel sad, even if you don’t have anything to be sad for?
Do you sometimes feel you are not fitting in, even if people say you are?

How do you handle this? What do you do?

I go to my studio and teach and do my own yoga practise, allowing the mind to rest and the body to work and then I feel good again!
