Wednesdays at N yoga studio is a busy day filled with yoga for the whole body. Morning yinyang, lunch Moksha yoga and evening yin MFR.
Yin MFR (myofascial release) will guide you to self-massage the body with tennisballs and rollers. This little yellow ball is so good in massaging the feet and releasing trigger points in your plantar fascia. Come and try and you will feel sooo good afterwards! Promise! Welcome!
