The best way to reduce stress and anxiety is to practice yoga in any way you can. Today we offer three classes at 12.00 Moksha, 18.45 Vinyasa flow and 20.00 Yin yoga. As from next week there will be a slightly reduced schedule. Welcome in if you are well!

What makes us unique?

We use some 40 different poses (asanas) that is combined into therapeutic and traditional yoga in a normal tempered room.
Each Moksha class is cardiovascular and strengthens, softens and shapes the muscles. The heat you work up facilitates deep stretching and detoxifies the skin, the muscles and the blood.

Newbie!

If you are new, I recommend that you start by looking at the schedule, book and pay for classes, see what you need to bring to the studio - and then pay us a visit!
