Opening, relaxing, releasing and activating exercises for the hips, pelvic and vaginal area to move female sexual energy in your body for increased wellbeing, self-awareness and energy levels. Most commonly known are the benefits of strong and active muscles in the pelvic floor on a physical level. According to the wisdom of yoga, our body´s energy source is located in the pelvic region.
This workshop is an opportunity to connect deeper with the most feminine areas of your body in order to utilize the amazing potential of its power with easy, effective yoga Tantric and Taoist techniques. We will be using the mind with a lot of visualization and focus, as well as relaxing yoga exercises and fun interesting tricks to activate energy in the body.
/Sankalpa: Not what you want, but how to be!/
What a Saturday it was yesterday! First an energetic and fun fully booked Moksha inspired class in the morning and after lunch the exciting workshop Sankalpa with singing bowls and gong meditation! We went into our inner self and tried to find the feeling of what we really wanted to do and in what direction we wanted to go - an intention for the month or for the year. A slow yoga flow helped us to release tension and soften the body and mind. Then laying down and letting the vibrations, energy and sounds from the singing bowls and gong fill the the body, mind and soul in a complete relaxation softly guided by Gabriele! Powerful! On top of that openminded, openhearted and beautiful yogis! It couldn’t have been a better Saturday! 💓

During this workshop, Niki Schönström and Gabriele Ottosson, will lead you through a meditative and relaxing yoga class with the purpose of discovering your own Sankalpa (an annual intention / focus) for 2019. The singing bowls produce sounds/vibrations you can meditate on to open the energy centers in the body and heal your mind and body.
What is Sankalpa - how to find it and work with it?
And how can it help you in your yoga practice or your life?
'San' refers to the highest validity, and 'kalpa' means promise. So, it becomes kind of a promise of the highest degree to support us to live, follow, our divine truth. Sankalpa is sometimes translated into intention, and can also be seen as a state of mind of clarity, focus, direction, meaningfulness and energy.
When we have a Sankalpa, it's like having a compass - when we're out of balance, in a crisis and lost, a Sankalpa can lead us on the right track again because we still know where we are going.
But it is not always easy for us to find a Sankalpa because we rarely stop and ask ourselves: "What do I want?" Or "What do I need?".
We are absolutely convinced that you will love the singing bowl gong bath with mindfulness. You will be affected by the sound and vibration of your body, soul and mind. If you haven´t done this before – come and try and just benefit from a just wonderful experience.
