Tian 002We are so blessed with awesome theachers and soon in the beginning of October we are going to have two new teachers joining our community.
Please welcome Tian Yu and try out her classes. Tian is going to teach Yin and will also sub for the Vinyasa and Hatha classes when needed.

Who am I?
Hi, my name is Tian, and I am from Nanjing, China. Besides practicing yoga, I also like to play bamboo flute, paint and be the host of shows. I worked as a hostess in China and I have hosted many shows here in Malmö casino, in Chinese cultural festival in Sweden, ect..

What yoga means to me?
I started training yoga when I was in college in China. I benefit a lot from yoga, then I thought why not introduce yoga to the others so that we all can enjoy a better life? So here I am, with full enthusiasm, willing to do everything I can to help you release the stress, get rid of the tension, and connect with the inner power we already have!
Yoga is embedded in every moment of my life. Through training yoga, I keep being aware of my body, the postures, the sensation and the energy it carries. More importantly, the status of my mind. The emotion and the thoughts vary all the time, they come and they go; but behind the scene, our inner peacefulness is always there. What yoga taught me is that everyone is able to connect with the inner peacefulness. If you are ready, come to N-yoga and let us start this amazing journey together.
